Economics and business graduate from University of Rome, Luca holds an MBA degree from Luiss Business School.

He has been a business consultant at “big four” advisory firms for several years and has 20 years of experience in the Transportation, Telco, IT & Security fields developed in key finance and strategy roles.

He leaded and completed several M&A transactions and IPO in Italy and abroad.
